How it works
Marketing runs in a loop, and each turn takes about twenty minutes of your day:
- Analyze. Intel studies your site and market once, and again whenever you ask.
- Plan. The Roadmap turns that into growth bets across the funnel, each with a playbook, a success metric and a next step.
- Act. The Inbox fills with conversations worth joining, and Today ranks up to seven moves for the day.
- You approve. You edit each draft and post it yourself, under your own account.
- Measure. Links carry UTM tags, so Analytics can tell which reply, post or ad brought a visit or a signup.
- Re-plan. Every week the roadmap is updated from what worked. Items you wrote yourself stay.
Helpful first, honest always
Drafts answer the question before they mention anything. Your product comes up only when it fits, and the draft says plainly that you made it. Drafting takes each community’s rules about self-promotion into account, and you can raise the score thresholds so only the threads that really fit get a draft.
What it doesn’t do
- It doesn’t post for you. Even when it fills in the reply, you press the site’s own button. There’s no scheduling, bulk posting or AI driving a browser.
- It doesn’t scrape. Public feeds and official APIs only. LinkedIn and Facebook groups are paste-only, because they have no usable public API.
- It doesn’t launch or pay for ads. Import files are paused, and Startica never connects to your ad accounts.
- It doesn’t send email. Email campaigns are for you to paste into your own email tool.
What it costs
Finding conversations is free. AI runs on your own Claude or OpenAI key, under a monthly budget you set: scoring a thread costs about $0.0005, a drafted reply $0.01 to $0.03, and building intel under $1. A typical month for one product costs a few dollars. See Costs and budget.
